What is MN2S?
There is a "Talent Agency" that let's you book everyone from Pop Stars to Politicians, and nobody is talking about it.
In the vast and often opaque world of entertainment, the faces we see on stage are rarely the ones pulling the strings. Behind the curtain lies a labyrinth of contracts, gatekeepers, and silent stakeholders. Entities that not only shape the careers of celebrities, but also the cultural and political narratives we consume.
One such name that has quietly risen in prominence is MN2S, an international talent and music agency with a rapidly expanding footprint in global entertainment. At the center of it all stands Sharron Elkabas, the company’s CEO and co-founder, a figure whose public profile is conspicuously sparse, considering the scale of influence MN2S is accumulating.

And that is precisely where the story begins to raise eyebrows.
The Polished Veneer of MN2S
On the surface, MN2S appears to be a forward-thinking agency representing a diverse array of talent, from musicians and DJs to social media influencers and public speakers. Founded in the mid-1990s in London and now operating globally, the company brands itself as a disruptive force in entertainment. But a closer look reveals something less straightforward.
MN2S’s platform not only connects talent with gigs, it offers brand partnerships, influencer marketing campaigns, and speaker booking services to corporations and government clients. Essentially, it operates as a centralized broker of culture, messaging, and visibility.
But who are they brokering for?
MN2S does booking for figures like Peter Thiel
and so many more…
The Intelligence Cut-Out Model
In multiple past investigations, people have identified how intelligence agencies and state-linked interests have historically leveraged cultural institutions to influence public opinion from the CIA’s infiltration of the Abstract Expressionist art movement in the 1950s.
In this context, the MN2S model is troublingly familiar.
Behind the feel-good PR and pop culture gloss, the company’s data-rich operations raise questions. MN2S’s own promotional materials boast of sophisticated analytics tools and audience segmentation capabilities…language more at home in military psy-ops circles than music festivals.
Especially troubling when you consider that Elkabas has touted implementing AI into their business model in the coming years.
“AI is already being used to produce digital doubles of celebrities, actors and musicians, in order for their likeness to be used in digital content.” - Sharron Elkabas
Sharron Elkabas: The Mystery at the Top
Perhaps more curious than the company’s operations is its CEO. Despite running an agency that handles a high volume of celebrity and corporate interactions, Sharron Elkabas maintains an unusually low media profile. Few interviews, little biographical detail, and an online footprint that seems carefully managed.
Here is one interview with Sharron from “The Hudson Weekly”, that I was able to find.
“MN2S serves mainly brands and creative industries and the deals that come from those partnerships are always interesting.”
According to sparse public records, Elkabas co-founded MN2S with a focus on dance music promotion. Under his leadership, MN2S evolved from club night bookings to a multi-sector media juggernaut. The speed and scope of this transformation suggests either an uncanny business instinct… or outside help…
There is no public evidence tying Elkabas to intelligence or state actors. But absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, especially in an industry where influence is the product and opacity is the norm.
Follow the Clients, Follow the Influence
One way to trace hidden influence is to examine partnerships. MN2S has reportedly worked with government-linked campaigns, corporate media groups, and influencer initiatives that mirror public-private propaganda efforts in the U.K., EU, and U.S.
Some of the companies MN2S partners with according to their website:
From the “About Section” from the MN2S website.
When agencies like this position themselves between the public and the messaging, they effectively become filters for acceptable narratives, even enforcers of ideological alignment. This is not hypothetical. In today’s economy, control over talent equals control over speech.
The true danger lies in the subtlety. Unlike overt censorship, this model operates by selective visibility and deciding which voices get platformed, monetized, and amplified. It’s a velvet glove approach to information control. MN2S is not alone in this, but its centralized architecture makes it a prime vector for influence, intentional or not.
In this article by The Hollywood Reporter, MN2S was considered a “PR Firm” for late rapper “Fatman Scoops”.
Given everything we know about PR Firms when it comes to people like David Fenton, Michael Shellenberger, & Trevor Fitzgibbon, there is no doubt in my mind that there is something more nefarious at play here.
Watch the Gatekeepers
As cultural institutions become increasingly integrated with tech, data, and global governance agendas, it's crucial to scrutinize not just the artists, but the agents behind them.
MN2S and Sharron Elkabas may simply be savvy entrepreneurs capitalizing on a market gap. Or they may be something more…Foster Coulson’s “Coulson Captial” being a case study in how entertainment infrastructure can be quietly repurposed for influence in the 21st century.
In either case, the stakes are too high to ignore. As the lines between entertainment, marketing, and manipulation continue to blur, one thing is clear:
The most powerful voice is the one you never see…
Thank you for this kulturindustrie update. Adorno must be rolling in his grave.
This just blows my mind!
